The R710 adopts BeamFlex+adaptive antenna technology, which greatly increases the performance and range by optimizing the antenna coverage of each client for each transmission. BeamFlex+also reduces co-frequency interference by guiding WiFi signals to places where they are needed rather than adjacent access points. The BeamFlex+adaptive antenna system of R710 is also equipped with a dual-polarized antenna, which allows the access point to adapt to the physical direction of the client device and maximize the uplink performance.
RUCKUS®R710 Access Points
R710 has a throughput of 800 Mbps (2.4GHz) and 1733 Mbps (5GHz), which can support WiFi clients to achieve the highest available throughput. 802.11ac multi-user MIMO (MU-MIMO) support allows R710 to be transmitted to multiple client devices at the same time, thus greatly improving the efficiency, total throughput and availability of wireless resources.
R710 is backward compatible with all existing WiFi clients. It can be used as an independent access point or as part of a centralized managed WLAN.
R710 is specially designed for high-capacity, high-performance and seriously disturbed environments, such as schools, universities, public places, hotels and conference centers. R710 is the best choice for streaming media applications with high data volume.
