The Mellanox MQM8700-HS2F is a high-performance InfiniBand switch designed for use in HPC (High-Performance Computing) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) applications. MQM8700-HS2F offers 36 QSFP28 ports that support 100Gb/s connectivity, as well as 8 QSFP-DD ports that support 200Gb/s connectivity.
The MQM8700-HS2F switch is based on Mellanox's Quantum 2 InfiniBand switch ASIC, which provides advanced features such as low latency, high throughput, and congestion management. MQM8700-HS2F also supports a range of network protocols and features, including adaptive routing, congestion control, and quality of service (QoS).
