The H3C S5500V2-EI series switch is a three-layer gigabit Ethernet switch product independently developed by H3C Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as H3C). It is an intelligent and manageable switch designed for network environments that require high performance, high port density, and easy installation. Developed based on the industry's excellent high-performance hardware architecture and H3C's advanced Commware V7 software platform. Supporting IPv4/IPv6 hardware dual stack and wire speed forwarding, H3C S5500V2-EI series Ethernet switches provide 10/100/1000Base-T adaptive Ethernet ports or 10GE SFP+optical ports, and can support 10GE SFP+ports and 40GE QSFP+optical ports through daughter cards, enabling customers to cope with the upcoming IPv6 era with ease. In enterprise networks, it can serve as an access device to provide gigabit to desktop applications, or as the core of small and medium-sized enterprises; In metropolitan area networks or industry users, gigabit access can be provided to end-users or converged to low-end switches downwards, and up can be converged to core switches through 10G or 40GE fiber optic or link aggregation.
